         In the home buying process there are many obstacles to overcome before settlement.  One way to help ensure settlement is using a reputable mortgage company.  There are many circumstances that we all encounter during the buying process.  Some reasons for deals falling through are; home inspections, mortgage reasons, short sales, appraisals, and home sale contingencies.  Some of these reasons can’t be helped but using a good mortgage company, although will not guarantee settlement, it will improve your chances of getting the keys to your new house the day of settlement.
