Thinking of Buying Now?
Think of Real Estate like a stock, buy low, sell high. Unfortunately none of us Realtors have a crystal ball that will show us the future (I am still looking for one). Most people would agree that we are currently experiencing one of the lowest points in the real estate market. This is great for buyers with a steady income and job security. The low interest rates and flooded inventory make for a killer combination. My suggestion is; find a Realtor in your area, talk about getting the ball rolling on a pre-qualification with a mortgage company that you feel comfortable with(this will help to narrow your search by defining certain price parameters) and begin the search, just don’t break the Golden Rule. DO NOT OVERPAY. Although, more difficult in this market, it still happens! Hope this helps and best of luck in your search!

Bella Vista / Hawthorne
Graduate Hospital
Northern Liberties
This is also the order in which I personally would rank them. (Although they’re all very close)
