If you guessed Rittenhouse (19103) you’re wrong. Although it might be voted the most sought-after neighborhood, it hasn’t been the most popular in 2010. In the $200,000-$500,000 price range (90% of buyers fall in this category) the 19147 zip code has dominated the market and I do not see it stopping anytime soon. (19147 consists of Bella Vista, Queen Village and parts of the bordering neighborhoods) Like I have stated in numerous posts all over my website, people love Bella Vista. Thanks to everything BV has to offer it has become one of the most popular if not the most popular neighborhood in Philadelphia.
